Forms
|
Concrete5 "Forms" are typically used for gathering information from your website users - and can be as simple as a contact form.
CREATING FORMS
Creating a form is done by adding the Form block to a page. The form block shows a normal form which the user can fill in and send to the system (and can also automatically be emailed to you). ADDING QUESTIONS
When adding a question to the form, 3 options have to be entered:
It is possible to save the form at any time by pressing the "Update" button. Clicking on the "Cancel" button will discard any changes made to the form. EDITING
Open the form for editing, by clicking on it while in edit mode. The same editor will appear and can be used to change the questions in the form. Use the edit tab to edit or delete existing questions. While editing the question you will get to a similar editor as the create question screen. It is possible to save the form at any time by pressing the "Update" button. Clicking on the "Cancel" button will discard any changes made to the form. PREVIEW
In this tab it is possible to preview the form as it will appear on the page. You cannot perform any other actions here. OPTIONS
In the options tab it's possible to set a number of options that matter for how the form reacts to the user.
